Artist Martin Heyvold decided that an ordinary railway bridge, located in one region of Germany, looks like something boring. In order to diversify this dreary bridge and the surrounding landscape, he decided to repaint the bridge. Just how did he paint? Martin recalled his former passion for LEGO, and decided to paint the bridge in the style of children’s designer. When viewed from a certain perspective, this bridge looks really like a few plastic blocks. But in fact this is only an impression. Only iron and concrete.
The project took the entire four weeks.
