In 2009, artist Jesse Grimes was charged with possession of cocaine and sentenced to 70 months in a minimum security prison in New Jersey. Nevertheless, he found a way to work even in detention using bed sheets, hair gel, and a stack of old newspapers. From the gel fragments Grimes endured illustrations on sheets. One picture took about half an hour, but there are thousands of images. Can you imagine how much time he spent to create the mural.
