Estster Burghardt – Canadian-Hungarian artist who lives and works in Vancouver, Canada.Uses a color coat and light to create miniature landscapes exploding volcanoes, glaciers, fjords, and roaring mountain rivers.

To create her own artwork, she uses wool from Icelandic sheep farms, and old wool sweaters. After all the necessary procedures, the hair is painted with a special paint, and inserted into the landscape border. To create pictures Estster uses macro lens.

The artist tries to use the most of natural light and does not apply the computer effects. Her sculptural and photographic works have been repeatedly demonstrated in Canada, due to its exhibition “Wool Saga” Estster won many competitions and festivals.
